• Letting it come in contact with harsh chemicals, sweat, or cleaning agents.
• Keeping it in damp environments like bathrooms or near windows.

We want you to feel confident shopping with us online. That’s why we offer a 90-day limited warranty on all eligible Mistissi jewelry pieces.
✅ What’s Covered
• Faulty clasps, jump rings, or connections
• Loose components due to craftsmanship issues
• Unusual tarnishing under normal wear conditions (see below)
Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
🧾 What We Mean by “Unusual Tarnishing”
Tarnishing is a natural process that can happen to any metal over time. However, we consider it unusual when:
• It occurs very quickly (e.g. within a few days)
• The piece was well cared for — not exposed to water, sweat, perfume, lotion, or improper storage
• The tarnish appears blotchy, uneven, or clearly abnormal for the material used
❌ What’s Not Covered
• Tarnishing due to exposure to water, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by pulling, impact, or accidental breakage
• Lost or stolen items
• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
• Warranty claims made after 3 months from delivery

• Clear photos of the issue in natural light
• A short description of what happened and how the piece has been cared for
We’ll reply within 2–4 business days with next steps.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• If a replacement is issued, we’ll cover shipping to send the new piece.
