3. Do you offer 14k or 18k gold findings?
Absolutely. Many of our designs can be crafted with solid 14k or 18k gold findings for an added touch of timeless luxury. Simply reach out to us with your chosen piece, and we’ll be delighted to confirm availability and create it just for you.
4. Do you offer custom sizing or adjustments?
Many of our pieces—especially bracelets and necklaces—can be adjusted. If you need a specific length or fit, please email us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to help.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?

8. Will my jewelry tarnish?
With proper care, your jewelry should maintain its beauty over time. Tarnishing may occur with exposure to water, chemicals, or humidity. Our 90-day limited warranty covers unusual tarnishing caused by manufacturing defects. For best care, store your jewelry in a dry place and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or water.
9. What is your return policy?

10. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our standard packaging is eco-friendly and elegant—perfect for gifting. If you’d like special gift wrapping or a handwritten note, just leave a request at checkout or email us. We’re happy to accommodate when possible.
