• $9.90 CAD on orders under $69
United States Shipping (DDP)
Standard Shipping (3-8 business days, full tracking):
• Free on orders over $75 USD
• $9.90 USD on orders under $75
• Most of our products qualify for CUSMA certification, helping ensure smooth delivery to the U.S. Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with all applicable duties and taxes prepaid for a seamless delivery experience.

Mistissi Jewelry Return Policy
We hope you fall in love with every Mistissi piece — each one is handcrafted with care and made to be treasured. But if something isn’t quite right, we understand.
✨ Earrings
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and non-refundable. Thank you for understanding this policy, which helps us ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers.
✨ Returns on Other Items
We accept returns on all other jewelry items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the shipment.
❗️Unsolicited returns or items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
💡 Two Return Options
As a small, independent business, we can’t offer universal free returns — but we still want you to shop with confidence.
You can choose what works best for you:
• ✅ Store Credit – Return shipping is free if you choose store credit. Your credit never expires and can be used anytime.
• 💳 Refund to Original Payment Method – A $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping and packaging costs.
🎁 First-Time Buyer?
Your first order is extra special to us. That’s why we offer free returns on your first order (excluding earrings), regardless of whether you choose store credit or a refund.
Return Guidelines & Exceptions
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Worn, used, or damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sale items may be returned unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Return requests made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
